Terms of Use

Effective July 27, 2026

Before using Briefora

Briefora is currently a pre-release product. Features, coverage, availability, and these terms may change as the service develops.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Briefora AI website, early-access program, and services ("Briefora" or the "Service"). By using the Service, joining the waitlist, submitting a message, or creating an account when available, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Pre-release availability

Briefora is under active development. Early-access placement does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, continued access, specific functionality, geographic coverage, or commercial availability. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice where reasonably necessary.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If account access is offered, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Briefora to:

  • violate any applicable law or another person's rights;
  • send spam, malicious content, or deceptive submissions;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass service security;
  • access data or accounts without authorization;
  • scrape or reproduce the Service at unreasonable scale;
  • introduce malware or harmful code; or
  • misrepresent your identity or relationship with Briefora.

5. AI-generated information

Briefora may use artificial intelligence to classify, rank, summarize, and explain reporting from third-party sources. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. You should verify important information against the linked original sources.

Briefora does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Do not rely on a briefing as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

6. Third-party content and links

Briefora may reference or link to reporting, websites, and services operated by third parties. We do not control or endorse all third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

Briefora's branding, website design, software, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party articles, trademarks, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve and operate Briefora without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the Service, or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using Briefora at any time and may request deletion of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, error-free summaries, delivery at a particular time, or that the Service will meet every requirement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Briefora and those involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through our Contact page or sent to hello@brieforaai.com.
